Respondents \n\nPrayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order passed by the first respondent made in Sei-mu-order No.2740\/Ni.2\/96 dated 04.11.1998 and the order of confirmation made by the second respondent in           Na-ka-No.Ah ba No.2\/12561\/98 dated 13.02.1999.\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t: Mr.M.Elango\n\n\t\tFor Respondents\t: Mr.B.Vijay\n                                           Govt.Advocate \t\t\n\n\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThis writ petition is filed to quash the order passed by the first respondent made in Sei-mu-order No.2740\/Ni.2\/96 dated 04.11.1998 and the order of confirmation made by the second respondent in    Na-ka-No.Ah ba No.2\/12561\/98 dated 13.02.1999.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t2.  No representation for the petitioner.  In the original petition filed challenging the impugned proceedings, it has been stated that the appeal has been filed to the second respondent on 3.5.1999.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3.  Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits, if not already disposed of, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
