Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :13\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                             K.K.DENESAN, J.\n\n                    -----------------------------\n\n                        WP(C)No. 33081 OF 2006\n\n                    -----------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 13th December, 2006.\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   petitioner   has   retired   from   service   on   30.6.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>He   has   sought   for   orders   from   the   second   respondent   to<\/p>\n<p>count   the   temporary   service   rendered   by   him   in   the<\/p>\n<p>department   as   Carpenter   for   the   purpose   of   granting<\/p>\n<p>pensionary   benefits   to   him.     Ext.P7   is   the   representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>It   was   filed   on   5.12.2005.     The   second   respondent,   it<\/p>\n<p>appears, has not passed orders on Ext.P7.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Therefore,   there   shall   be   an   order   directing   the<\/p>\n<p>second   respondent   to   consider   Ext.P7   and   to   take<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   decision   within   six   weeks   on   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>producing   a   copy   of   the   judgment   along   with   a   copy   of   the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition.
