No.1612 of 2011 as well for fixing the date<br \/>\n\tfor final hearing of the appeal, which came to be admitted on<br \/>\n\t1.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving considered<br \/>\n\tthe submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides and considering<br \/>\n\tthe order dated 1.3.2011 passed in C.A.No.1612 of 2011, the instant<br \/>\n\tapplication deserves to be allowed, only in part, qua the relief<br \/>\n\tregarding the extension of time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe order dated<br \/>\n\t1.3.2011 passed in C.A.No.1612 of 2011 directing the appellant to<br \/>\n\tdeposit the required amount, as per said order, is extended upto<br \/>\n\t11.4.2011.
