Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :10\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           R.BASANT, J.\n                        ----------------------\n                     W.P.C.No.11299 of 2008\n                    ----------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 10th day of June 2008\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The report of the learned Magistrate shows and the records<\/p>\n<p>which have been produced confirm that an order has been<\/p>\n<p>passed on 27\/7\/2007 by the learned Magistrate dropping the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings. The same must be reckoned as an order dismissing<\/p>\n<p>the complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 203 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>challenge the order dated 27\/7\/2007 dismissing the complaint, I<\/p>\n<p>am satisfied that this writ petition can now be dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>disciplinary proceedings has not been initiated against the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent by the first respondent though requests to that effect<\/p>\n<p>were made.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4.    In the light of the dismissal of the complaint, I do not<\/p>\n<p>want to make any observation regarding that now.<\/p>\n<p>     5.
