SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/10\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nJUDGMENT<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tBy<br \/>\nway of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,<br \/>\nthe petitioner &#8211; Management has prayed for an appropriate writ,<br \/>\norder and\/or direction, quashing and setting aside the impugned<br \/>\norders passed by Industrial Tribunal, Ahmedabad dated 29\/04\/2009<br \/>\npassed in Complaint (IT) No.96 of 2003 in Reference (IT) No.411 of<br \/>\n2000 as well as order dated 28\/05\/2010 in Review Application (IT)<br \/>\nNo.1 of 2009 in Complaint (IT) No.96 of 2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThough<br \/>\nserved, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tMr.D.G.Shukla,<br \/>\nlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated at<br \/>\nthe bar that parties have settled the dispute amicably and Consent<br \/>\nTerms has been arrived at between the parties, which is reduced in<br \/>\nwriting. He has produced on record Consent Terms dated 28\/09\/2010<br \/>\nsigned by the respective parties and it is requested to modify the<br \/>\norder dated 29\/04\/2009 passed in Complaint (IT) No.96 of 2003 in<br \/>\nReference (IT) No.411 of 2000 in terms of 2(P) Settlement. Copy of<br \/>\nConsent Terms along with copy of the 2(P) Settlement are directed to<br \/>\nbe taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the present petition is disposed of in view of the<br \/>\nConsent Terms arrived at between the parties and the impugned order<br \/>\ndated 29\/04\/2009 passed by Industrial Tribunal, Ahmedabad in<br \/>\nComplaint (IT) No.96 of 2003 in Reference (IT) No.411 of 2000 is<br \/>\nhereby modified in terms of 2(P) Settlement dated 28\/09\/2010  and<br \/>\nConsent Terms, which are placed on record today.
