JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                  W.P.(C).No. 5109 of 2010 K\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner is working as the Village Officer, Kidanganad<\/p>\n<p>Village, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad District.                     The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with her<\/p>\n<p>day to day affairs.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Briefly the case of the petitioner is as follows.              There<\/p>\n<p>were crimes registered against her and she was falsely implicated<\/p>\n<p>in cases and that she is on bail. It is stated that the respondents<\/p>\n<p>are trying to harass the petitioner by implicating her as accused<\/p>\n<p>in various crimes. The respondents and their subordinates are<\/p>\n<p>threatening her that she will be implicated in other crimes also.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).No. 5109 of 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that<\/p>\n<p>the police is investigating the cases in connection with giving false<\/p>\n<p>pattas in Munnar. The present investigation is being conducted by the<\/p>\n<p>CBCID, Kottayam.        There is no intention at present to call the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to the police station or to harass her.<\/p>\n<p>      We record the said submission and close this Writ Petition.<\/p>\n<p>                                           (K.
