No.42995 of 2010\n                      SHRAWAN SINGH son of Late Mahavir Singh\n                                       Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4\/   14.03.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 436 and 506 of the<\/p>\n<p>                      Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It has been submitted that there is no specific overt act<\/p>\n<p>                      alleged against the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.08.2010<\/p>\n<p>                      as also he has fair antecedents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the same, let the petitioner, above named,<\/p>\n<p>                      be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>                      thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other<\/p>\n<p>                      surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                      Judicial   Magistrate,   Nawada,    in   connection    with    Sirdalla<\/p>\n<p>                      (Meshkaur)P.S. Case No.94 of 2010, subject to the conditions (i)<\/p>\n<p>                      That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who<\/p>\n<p>                      will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner and another bailor shall be the wife of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                      The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about<\/p>\n<p>                      any change in the address of the petitioner, (ii) That the affidavit<\/p>\n<p>                      shall clearly state that the petitioner is not an accused in any other<\/p>\n<p>                      case and, if he is, he shall not be released on bail, (iii) That the<\/p>\n<p>                      bailors shall also state on affidavit that they will inform the court<\/p>\n<p>                      concerned if the petitioner is implicated in any other case of similar<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       nature after his release in the present case and thereafter the court<\/p>\n<p>       below will be at liberty to initiate the proceeding for cancellation of<\/p>\n<p>       bail on the ground of misuse, (iv) That the petitioner will give an<\/p>\n<p>       undertaking that he will receive the police papers on the given date<\/p>\n<p>       and be present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on<\/p>\n<p>       two given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be<\/p>\n<p>       liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse, and (v) That the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do<\/p>\n<p>       so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<pre>JA\/-                                           (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shrawan Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 14 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
