RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n             ..............................................................................\n                      W.P.(C) No. 7621 OF 2010\n              .........................................................................\n                      Dated this the 25th March, 2010\n\n\n\n                                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The petitioner is aggrieved of                                   non-consideration of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P12 representation,                 expressing his grievances about the<\/p>\n<p>delay in getting the electric connection allotted to the industrial<\/p>\n<p>shed, which is stated as pending consideration before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for<\/p>\n<p>and proposed to be given, this Court does not find it necessary to<\/p>\n<p>issue notice to all respondents. In the above circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent is directed to consider Ext.P12 representation, in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all<\/p>\n<p>concerned, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six<\/p>\n<p>weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 7621 OF 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Status quo shall be maintained with regard to the possession of<\/p>\n<p>the industrial shed allotted to the petitioner till such time.<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  P.R.
