APP (SJ) No.565 of 2011\n                                 HUSSAIN ANSARI\n                                         Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   23.6.2011                  This appeal shall be heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Call for the lower court records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Three persons are said to have assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased Umesh Gupta. The contention is that there was only<\/p>\n<p>                  one injury which has been discussed by the trial court in<\/p>\n<p>                  paragraph 13 of the judgment. Further contention is that the<\/p>\n<p>                  occurrence had allegedly taken place on 23.3.2008 but the<\/p>\n<p>                  deceased died on 25.3.2008 in a hospital.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Regard being had       to the submissions and the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence, let the appellant Hussain Ansari be directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                  released, during pendency of this appeal, on furnishing a bond of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                  leach to the satisfaction of the trial court, i.e., Additional<\/p>\n<p>                  Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III.Gopalganj, in Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                  Trial No. 268 of 2008\/278 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                As regards the sentence of fine, realisation thereof<\/p>\n<p>                  as against the present appellant remain stayed till further orders.<\/p>\n<pre>      Kanth                                          ( Dharnidhar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Hussain Ansari vs The State Of Bihar on 23 June, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
