Respondents\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   13.09.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                      State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioners are the holders of the isolated Group-<\/p>\n<p>                      A post. They have filed this writ petition for a direction to<\/p>\n<p>                      the State- respondents to consider their case for issue of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         special order for grant of A.C.P. benefits to the holder of<\/p>\n<p>         isolated Group-A post.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   It is admitted by the counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>         that so far no special order granting A.C.P. benefits to the<\/p>\n<p>         holder of isolated Group-A post has been issued.<\/p>\n<p>                   As till date no special order granting A.C.P.<\/p>\n<p>         benefits to the holder of isolated Group-A post has been<\/p>\n<p>         issued, no right, in my opinion, has accrued in favour of<\/p>\n<p>         the petitioners for grant of A.C.P. benefits.<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                   Petitioners, however, shall be at liberty to<\/p>\n<p>         represent before the competent authority of the State<\/p>\n<p>         Government for issue of special order granting A.C.P.<\/p>\n<p>         benefits to the holder of isolated Group-A post.<\/p>\n<pre>Arjun\/                                      ( V.
