No.<\/p>\n<p>                         11201 of 2010 by two persons Rajesh Kumar Pandey and Kaushal<\/p>\n<p>                         Kishore Pandey for being added as party to this writ petition claiming to<\/p>\n<p>                         be the co-sharers of Damodar Pandey, the lesser of respondent no. 3 as<\/p>\n<p>                         per the Khatiyan (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) and the genealogy<\/p>\n<p>                         (Annexure-1 to the interlocutory application).<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the averments made by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                         all the parties concerned, this interlocutory application is allowed and<\/p>\n<p>                         the said applicants are added as respondent nos. 6 and 7 to the writ<\/p>\n<p>                         petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Heard in part.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       For further hearing, put up these cases under the same<\/p>\n<p>                         heading tomorrow (20.09.2011).\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                        (S.N.
