We have heard counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>      2. After hearing both sides and after going through the order of<\/p>\n<p>the Tribunal, we do not find any ground to interfere because petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is a resident of Eramalloor and his challenge is against transfer from<\/p>\n<p>Alleppey to Ernakulam. By the transfer he is brought to a place nearer<\/p>\n<p>to his house.
