Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :01\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                              J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                               -------------------\n\n                        W.P.(C). 34170\/2006 (P)\n\n                               --------------------\n\n              Dated this  the 1st day of February, 2007\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The   complaint   of   the   writ   petitioners   is   that   the<\/p>\n<p>second   respondent,   bank,   had   appointed   three   persons   from<\/p>\n<p>the   1994   list,     published   by   the   first   respondent,   P.S.C,<\/p>\n<p>because of which the opportunities of the writ petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>being   deprived   off.     A   complaint   dated   16.12.2006   had   been<\/p>\n<p>preferred   before   the   third   respondent,   the   Joint   Registrar.<\/p>\n<p>The same is pending.  Hence this petition.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   prayer   of   the   writ     petitioners,     therefore,   is<\/p>\n<p>that Ext.P3 representation  dated 16.12.2006  may be directed<\/p>\n<p>to be disposed of, after ascertaining the true facts,  in the light<\/p>\n<p>of   the   directions   contained   in   the   judgment   of   this   Court   in<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).No. 17532 and     27083 of 2004   dated 21.7.2006   as<\/p>\n<p>well as the directions,   if any, given by  the Supreme Court of<\/p>\n<p>India, on the matter.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In the light of the above facts situation,  I direct the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent, the Joint Registrar,   to hear the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).34170\/2006<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and dispose  of Ext.P3  representation dated 16.12.2006, after<\/p>\n<p>obtaining  the  views of  the  first  respondent, P.S.C,  as  well  as<\/p>\n<p>hearing the second respondent, bank,  within two months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, before<\/p>\n<p>it.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
