                         Counsel for the appellant submits<\/p>\n
                 that co accused Nawal Singh having similar<\/p>\n
                 allegations has been granted bail by order<\/p>\n
                 dated 9.9.2010 after remaining in custody<\/p>\n
                 for five years. Case of this appellant stands<\/p>\n
                 on similar footing. He has also remained in<\/p>\n
                 custody for five years and the allegation is<\/p>\n
                 also general and omnibus.\n<\/p>\n
                         Considering this fact, prayer for bail<\/p>\n
                 on behalf of appellant Dinesh Mandal is<\/p>\n
                 allowed.    During the pendency of         the<\/p>\n
                 appeal, appellant above-named is directed to<\/p>\n
                 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n
                 Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n
                 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                 the trial Court, i.e. First Additional Sessions
\n                           2<\/span><\/p>\n
          Judge, Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial No. 1283<\/p>\n
          of 2006 arising out of Sanhaula P.s. case No.<\/p>\n
          44 of 2005, G.R. No. 1307 of 2005.<\/p>\n
