PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for\nRespondent(s) : 1, \nNone for Respondent(s) : 2 -\n6. \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE MD SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 23\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.<br \/>\nHeard learned advocate Mr.Vaishya for the petitioner and learned APP<br \/>\nMs.C.M.Shah for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThis<br \/>\nCourt passed the following order on 16.3.2011 which reads as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It<br \/>\nis submitted by Ms.C.M.Shah, learned APP that after holding inquiry,<br \/>\nappropriate report is submitted by the police before the Sub<br \/>\nDivisional Magistrate. Therefore, nothing is required to be done in<br \/>\nthis matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\nis reported that there is sick note of Mr.Vaishya, learned Advocate.<br \/>\nHence, stand over to 18.03.2011.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nthese facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at<br \/>\nliberty to approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate for the grievance<br \/>\nraised  by the petitioner in this application.  If any such<br \/>\napplication is preferred by the petitioner before the Sub-Divisional<br \/>\nMagistrate,  the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall decide the<br \/>\napplication in accordance with law after giving an  opportunity of<br \/>\nhearing to the petitioner without being influenced by the order<br \/>\npassed by this Court.
