The respondent Smt.A1nbawwa \ufb01led a<\/pre>\n<p>   0.S.No.168\/2003 sccldng award of maintenance. It was<br \/>\nV.  .\u00a7:\u00a7:i1tendec1 by hear that she was legally wedded wife of defendant<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;4 (appellant herein) and that her marriage was celebrated with<\/p>\n<p>  &#8216;  appellant herein is the husband and the<\/p>\n<p>the defendant 25 years back. It was \ufb01uther al\ufb01eged that the<\/p>\n<p>\\.,\/<\/p>\n<p>3 RSJ%.kN0.ll3v&#8217;2006<\/p>\n<p>defendant-husband had contracted second marriage with &#8216;~.e ne<\/p>\n<p>Mahadevi of Nimbarga village anti as a xesuit,  .<\/p>\n<p>started residing in her parental house.  these  &#8216;shoe &#8221; &#8221; *<\/p>\n<p>sought for a judgment and decree for 1j:;ain1e:;.\u00a71ie*e&#8217;iI;V&#8217;e  0.5} A<\/p>\n<p>Rs.3{}OO\/ &#8211; per month from the date-9.f sueiie its<br \/>\nappellant herein though mpmsenteel a  not<br \/>\n\ufb01le Written statement. &#8216;  eeuxt  after<br \/>\nrecording evidence  the  suit ex};-arte,<\/p>\n<p>homing that t}1e_&#8221;    &#8220;fru&#8217;.:\u00ab maintenance of<\/p>\n<p>Rs. 3,560\/-g&#8221;&#8216;g;:\u00a5 meix\ufb01h mg; the\u00e9efen\u00e9ant shall be liable to<br \/>\npay this   the date of suit.
