Justice M.N.KRISHNAN\n\n Dated :20\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n    K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN,Ag.C.J &amp; M.N.KRISHNAN,J.\n\n    ------------------------------------------------------\n\n                      W.A.NO. 441 OF 2007\n\n     ------------------------------------------------------\n\n            Dated this the 20th day of February, 2007\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, Ag.C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>             By   Ext.P3   order,   the   final   determination   order<\/p>\n<p>passed   by   the   District   Executive   Officer,   Kerala   Motor<\/p>\n<p>Transport   Workers   Welfare   Fund   Board,   Ernakulam   dated<\/p>\n<p>30.10.2006 was stayed by the Government till the disposal<\/p>\n<p>of   appeal   subject   to   condition   that   the   petitioner   would<\/p>\n<p>remit   35%   of   the   balance   assessed   amount   within   two<\/p>\n<p>months   from   the   date   of   the   order.     This   order   was<\/p>\n<p>challenged   in   W.P.(C)   No.2553   of   2007.     By   judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated   31st  January,2007,   the   learned   Single   Judge<\/p>\n<p>dismissed   the   writ   petition,   without   interfering   with   the<\/p>\n<p>impugned order.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.         Challenging   the   above   judgment,   this   writ<\/p>\n<p>appeal is filed.    We have also gone through the impugned<\/p>\n<p>order.  We  see  no  ground  to  interfere with Ext.P3 order.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.A.
