No.20040 of 2011\n                                     Sitaram Sahni And Ors.\n                                                Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                      For the petitioners: Mr. Uma Kant Prasad, Advocate.\n                      For the State: Mr. Madhuri Lata, A.P.P.\n\n3     28.7.2011<\/pre>\n<p>                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioners are named accused in this complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                   with allegation of assault and abuse. This case is squarely covered<\/p>\n<p>                   under the decision of Apex Court in a case of Jorgia Pentiah Vs.<\/p>\n<p>                   State of A.P. reported in 2009 (1) BCCR 153 (S.C.).<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                   the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                   weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Sitaram Sahni, Raja Ram Rai and<\/p>\n<p>                   Sarad Bajpayee, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.10,000\/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction of Sri S.K.Jha, J.M.,Ist Class, Samastipur, in T.R. 142 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2011 arising out of Complaint Case No.503 of 2010, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                   condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n<p>                   Procedure with additional condition to remain physically present<\/p>\n<p>                   before the court below on each and every date at least for two years<\/p>\n<p>                   or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier, in case of failure on<\/p>\n<p>                   two consecutive dates, without giving any reasonable explanation,<\/p>\n<p>                   the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<pre>AnilKrSinha                                (Akhilesh Chandra,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sitaram Sahni And Ors. vs The State Of Bihar on 28 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
