Application<br \/>\nNo. 4454 of 2010 for a period commencing from 4th May, 2010 till 7th<br \/>\nMay, 2010. Considering the averments made in the application, more<br \/>\nparticularly in para-3 of the application, it has been stated that<br \/>\nmarriage ceremony was held on 5.5.2010, however, Viday ceremony is<br \/>\nnot fulfilled and the same is to be held on 8.5.2010 and therefore,<br \/>\ntemporary bail as prayed for be extended for a period of three days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe averments made in the application and the submissions made at<br \/>\nbar, no case is made out for extension of temporary  bail. The<br \/>\napplication is, therefore, rejected.
