L. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the State of Gujarat.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant-party-in-person has filed this application for extension of<br \/>\ntemporary bail on the ground of treatment of his son and father.<br \/>\nEarlier this Court has extended the temporary bail vide order dated<br \/>\n30\/9\/2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.13891 of 2011 in<br \/>\nCriminal Misc. Application No.13253 of 2011 in Criminal Misc.<br \/>\nApplication No.12642 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned APP appearing for the respondent State,  gone through the<br \/>\naverments made in the application and perused the documents produced<br \/>\non record before the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tPresent<br \/>\napplicant has not produced cogent evidence to show the illness of<br \/>\nfather and son.  I have verified last order passed by this Court<br \/>\nextending the temporary bail also.  Sufficient time has been granted<br \/>\nby this Court to the accused.  Now, there is no cogent reason in the<br \/>\napplication for extension.  The application has no substance and the<br \/>\nsame deserves to be dismissed.
