Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.2.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under section 411 of the IPC and 25(I-B) A, 26, 35 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Although, it is alleged that the petitioner was caught by the<\/p>\n<p>                    police official while he along with his other associates fleeing away<\/p>\n<p>                    from the place of the occurrence after alleged occurrence and it is also<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged that looted mobile and cash were recovered from the<\/p>\n<p>                    conscious possession of the petitioner but submission of learned<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel for the petitioner is that for the aforesaid occurrence two cases<\/p>\n<p>                    were registered. In the case registered on the basis of fadbeyan of the<\/p>\n<p>                    victim, the victim had stated that Max mobile was snatched by the<\/p>\n<p>                    culprits whereas Nokia mobile has been recovered from the<\/p>\n<p>                    possession of the petitioner in the present case.<\/p>\n<p>                               Although, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of five<\/p>\n<p>                    cases but taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Sanjeewan Mahto, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bajpatti P.S.
