The pe\ufb01tione_r..\ufb01ied  the respondent<br \/>\nseeking the  ithe\ufb01sale agreement, dated<br \/>\n5.2.2007.  pro\u00a7.;eaings he filed I.A.No. In<br \/>\nseeking   of one Ismail Hussain Shaf\ufb01<br \/>\nand  Nos. 2 and 3. The Trial Court<br \/>\ndismissed  aggrieved by the same, this petition is<br \/>\n   counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>Ismail  Shaffi is the original owner of the property in<\/p>\n<p> question; The petitioner and Habibulla together had entered<\/p>\n<p>iixtotfan agreement with Ismail Hussain Shaffi.
