Malhotra has filed leave note.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nApplication is made by the writ petitioner for review of the order<br \/>\ndated 3rd July 2009 passed by this Court (Coram:<br \/>\nR.M.Doshit &amp; Sharad D.Dave,JJ.) in above Special Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.6396 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe main petition, the petitioner had challenged the action of the<br \/>\nrespondent Western Railway in not offering compassionate employment<br \/>\nto the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nwrit petitioner claimed compassionate employment on the basis of the<br \/>\ndeath of his father, a  gangman  in the Western Railway, on 24th<br \/>\nNovember 1973. The application made before the Central Administrative<br \/>\nTribunal was rejected mainly on the ground that there was an<br \/>\ninordinate delay. On the same ground, the writ petition before this<br \/>\nCourt was also rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe present Application for review, it is submitted that there are<br \/>\nerrors in the order apparent on the face of the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWe<br \/>\nhave carefully gone through the averments made in the Application.<br \/>\nWhat the applicant, under the guise of the Review Application,  seeks<br \/>\nis re-hearing of the main matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNo<br \/>\nground for review is made out.
