SURENDRA MOHAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------------------------------\n                      W.P(C) NO: 1237 OF 2010 D\n                -----------------------------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 14th January, 2010.\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is a person who has retired as an Assistant<\/p>\n<p>Grade II from the office of the third respondent under the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>State Electricity Board on 29.2.2000.                    The petitioner had earlier<\/p>\n<p>joined the Panchayat Common Service having been advised for<\/p>\n<p>appointment by the Kerala Public Service Commission.                           On his<\/p>\n<p>appointment under the first respondent, he was relieved from the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat Common Service.                    He had lost his continuity in<\/p>\n<p>employment while joining the services of the Kerala State Electricity<\/p>\n<p>Board. The petitioner claims that his services under the Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>Common Service be also considered for the purpose of calculating<\/p>\n<p>the total length of service for the purpose of pension and other<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits. The complaint of the petitioner is that though<\/p>\n<p>he had submitted Exts.P2 and P4 representations before the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent, no orders have been passed thereon till date. In view<\/p>\n<p>of the fact that Exts.P2 and P4 are pending consideration of the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent, this writ petition can be disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>an early disposal of the said representations.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC 1237\/2010                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      2.  In view of the above this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the second respondent to consider the grievance of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner set out in Exts.P2 and P4 representations in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period<\/p>\n<p>of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                          K.
