No.20536 of 2011\n                                     Loha Dom\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   14\/07\/2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     This case is instituted against unknown petitioner&#8217;s name<\/p>\n<p>                       was emerged during extra judicial confession of co-accused, who has<\/p>\n<p>                       already enjoying the privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                       event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner, namely, Loha Dom, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                       bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                       amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at<\/p>\n<p>                       Bhabhua, in connection with Mohania P.S.
