RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                           B.A. No. 1629 OF 2007 C\n\n                   ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                  Dated this the 29th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              Petitioner, who is the 3rd accused in Crime No.73\/07 of<\/p>\n<p>Tirur   Police   Station   for   offences   punishable   under   sections   143,<\/p>\n<p>147, 148, 341, 302 and 307 read with section 149 IPC, seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Sri.P.G.Thampi,   Director   General   of   Prosecution,<\/p>\n<p>opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     The occurrence took place in the night of 19.1.2007 in<\/p>\n<p>which the deceased, who was riding a motor cycle and his pillion<\/p>\n<p>rider   were   assaulted   with   deadly   weapons   like   sword,   etc.     The<\/p>\n<p>deceased namely, Raveendran succumbed to the injuries and his<\/p>\n<p>pillion rider was also seriously wounded.  The role attributed to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was that he was engineering the entire operations using<\/p>\n<p>a   mobile   phone   and   it   was   an   intelligently   executed   ploy   by   the<\/p>\n<p>accused   persons,   who   are   alleged   to   be   NDF   workers.     The<\/p>\n<p>deceased   was   alleged   to   be   an   RSS   worker.     According   to   the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution,   after   this   incidence,   there   has   been   communal<\/p>\n<p>disharmony spreading like a conflagration and the State is finding<\/p>\n<p>BA.1629\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>it   difficult   to   control   the   law   and   order   situation.     Under   the<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, if the petitioner is released on bail, he will influence<\/p>\n<p>and intimidate the prosecution witnesses and that may hamper the<\/p>\n<p>smooth investigation of the case.  I am not inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       This petition is accordingly dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                     (V.
