IMRAN\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.       22.02.2011             The petitioner is in custody since 23.9.10 in relation to<\/p>\n<p>                      Jokihat P.S.Case No. 217 of 2010 instituted under Section 366A<\/p>\n<p>                      of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the<\/p>\n<p>                      Statement of the girl has been since recorded under Section 164<\/p>\n<p>                      Cr. P. C. In the statement it is clearly mentioned that she was<\/p>\n<p>                      forcibly taken on the motorcycle by the petitioner and one<\/p>\n<p>                      another and kept the petitioner&#8217;s grandmother house where she<\/p>\n<p>                      slept separately and has not any sexual molestation. Thereafter,<\/p>\n<p>                      they walked on foot. It is a different case as to from where she<\/p>\n<p>                      was recovered and taken to her parents. She was medically<\/p>\n<p>                      examined and her age has been determined as between 16 to 17<\/p>\n<p>                      years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It is submitted that in fact the petitioner and the girl<\/p>\n<p>                      were in love and the girl being mature, had agreed to run away<\/p>\n<p>                      but then had second thought and had returned.<\/p>\n<p>                                Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- ( Rupees<\/p>\n<p>                      Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                      satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jokihat P.<\/p>\n<p>                      S.
