Having regard to the facts and circumstances, it is obvious<\/p>\n<p>that   Ext.P9   did   not   gain   the   attention   of   the   Government.     In<\/p>\n<p>such  circumstances, it  is directed that Ext.P9  will     be   taken  up<\/p>\n<p>and   appropriate   orders   issued   by   the   Government   within   a<\/p>\n<p>period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
