A. NO. 163 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p>10   19\/08\/2010             This application has been filed for substituting<\/p>\n<p>                  the heirs of petitioner nos. 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 17. The<\/p>\n<p>                  sole heir of petitioner no. 5 has been described in<\/p>\n<p>                  paragraph 1, the heirs of petitioner no. 6 have been<\/p>\n<p>                  described in paragraph 2, the heirs of petitioner no. 8<\/p>\n<p>                  have been described in paragraph 3, the heirs of<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner no. 10 have been described in paragraph 4, the<\/p>\n<p>                  heirs of petitioner no. 11 are already on record as<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner no. 9, the heirs of petitioner no. 12 have been<\/p>\n<p>                  described in paragraph 6 whereas the heirs of petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  no. 17 have been described in paragraph 7 of this<\/p>\n<p>                  application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The heirs of deceased petitioners have appeared<\/p>\n<p>                  through their Counsels by filing vakalatnama.<\/p>\n<p>                            Respondent no. 3, 5, 6, 10 and 11 have also<\/p>\n<p>                  died during the pendency of this writ application.
