No.18679 of 2010 (H)\n             ---------------------------------\n              Dated, this the 16th day of June, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is a Junior Instructor in Mala ITI appointed<\/p>\n<p>under Rule 9(a)(i) of KS &amp; SSR. She seeks continuation in service<\/p>\n<p>beyond her term of appointment on the ground that there is no PSC<\/p>\n<p>rank list and seeks a direction from this Court in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>      Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is only a Rule 9(a)<\/p>\n<p>(i) appointee, the maximum that can be claimed is that she should<\/p>\n<p>be continued in service for the period of her appointment.
