Ahsan\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.    20.09.2011               Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction<\/p>\n<p>                   in his petition and prayer portion of petition.<\/p>\n<p>                               Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.12.2010 in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case registered under Sections 302, 201\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                               It would appear from perusal of the impugned order<\/p>\n<p>                   as well as case diary that except circumstantial evidence there is<\/p>\n<p>                   nothing on the record against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                               Let the petitioner, namely, Md. Ahsan is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                   be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of Additional District &amp; Sessions Judge-II,<\/p>\n<p>                   Vaishali at Hajipur in S.T.
