No.11487 of 2011\n                        PRAMOD KUMAR SINGH AND ANR.\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   18.04.2011              Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379, and 504 of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC\/ST ( Prevention of<\/p>\n<p>                 Atrocities) Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The accusation is of demand of 10 liters of diesel on<\/p>\n<p>                 credit by the accused side but on refusal by the informant side<\/p>\n<p>                 200 liters of diesels worth Rs. 8,000\/- and cash of Rs. 3,000\/-,<\/p>\n<p>                 one motorcycle were taken away by the accused persons.<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted that the specific accusation is against<\/p>\n<p>                 Baljeet Ram. However, the other accused persons have been<\/p>\n<p>                 granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.40307 of 2010 on<\/p>\n<p>                 24.3.2011 since the accusation under SC\/ST Act is only calling<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant by caste name.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 namely, 1. Pramod Kumar Singh, 2. Maheshwar Prasad Singh<\/p>\n<p>                 @ Maheshwar Singh, 3. Vinay Kumar Singh, 4. Mintu Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                 Singh, and 5. Mritunjay Kumar Singh, in the event of their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                 or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>          bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>          the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Paroo P.S.
