Respondents\n\nPRAYER :  Original Application No.7897of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying to issue of the following reliefs:\n\t\ti)to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Dean, Chennai Medical College, Chennai  600 003 in No.7943\/E2(3)\/98 dated 13.08.1998.\n\t\tii)to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Dean, Chennai Medical College, Chennai  600 003 in No.7943\/E2(3)\/98 dated 15.09.1998 \n\nand quash the same direct the respondents herein (1) to (4) to include the name of the applicants (1) to (4) in the seniority list above the respondents (5) to (18) fit for promotion to the Post of Lab Technician Grade I and consequently promote the applicants herein as Lab Technician Grade I with all consequential benefits, concomitant benefits and refix the scales of applicant in the cadre of Lab Technician Grade I within the date of joining that may be fixed.
