She, further, pointed out that co-accused have<br \/>\nbeen released on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\naddition to the above, I have also perused the contents of the FIR<br \/>\nand other material on record, in particular, with respect to the role<br \/>\nof the petitioner, who is stated to have helped the main accused, in<br \/>\nopening a bogus bank account through which the defalcation of money<br \/>\ntook place. Under<br \/>\nthe circumstances, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail<br \/>\nin connection with I-C.R.\n<\/p>\n<p>NO. 85\/2010,<br \/>\nregistered with ANAND<br \/>\nTOWN POLICE STATION,<br \/>\nfor the offences punishable under Sections-420, 120(B), 467, 468,<br \/>\n465, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code, on his furnishing bond of<br \/>\nRs.50,000\/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand), with one surety of the like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\nlower Court and subject to the conditions that, he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(1).\t\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>(2).\t\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>(3).\t\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>(4).\t\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before the concerned Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calendar month between 11:00 a.m.<br \/>\nto 2:00 p.m.;\n<\/p>\n<p>(5).\t\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>(6).\t\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>(7).\t\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
