The reason for the delay is pleaded to be<br \/>\nfinancial difficulty and inability to make arrangement of the fund so<br \/>\nas to prefer the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application and the<br \/>\nsubmissions made by learned advocate Mr. Hajare, who is appointed by<br \/>\nthe High Court Legal Services Committee, the matter requires<br \/>\nconsideration.
