Respondents\n\t\t\t\n\n      \t Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India  praying\nfor  issuance  of  a  writ  of  habeas corpus,\n\ndirecting the respondents 1 to 5 to produce the body of petitioner's husband,\nDharmaraj, the 6th respondent herein, to exercise the lawful authority vested\nwith the respondents 1 to 5 for amicably settling the problems arisen in the\npetitioner's marital life either by referring the matter to the High Court\nMediation Centre or by any other similar proceedings.\n\n!For Petitioner  ... Public Prosecutor.\n\t\n\n:ORDER\t\n<\/pre>\n<p>     (Order of the court was made by G.RAJASURIA, J)<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t2.The detenu, namely Dharmaraj, husband of the petitioner, has been<br \/>\nproduced before this Court by the police.   We have enquired him.  Without<br \/>\nmincing words, he, clearly and categorically, would state that he has not been<br \/>\nabducted by any one and there is matrimonial dispute between him and his wife,<br \/>\nthe petitioner.  Hence, recording his above statement, we close this habeas<br \/>\ncorpus petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the<br \/>\nmatrimonial dispute may also be looked into  by this Court.  But, it cannot be<br \/>\ndone so.  However,  the parties are at liberty to approach the Mediation and<br \/>\nConciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, for finding a<br \/>\nsolution to their matrimonial dispute.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t4.With the above observation, the habeas corpus petition is closed<br \/>\nand the detenu is set at liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>To<\/p>\n<p>1.The Addl.
