(C) No. 10769 OF 2010\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 7th day of April, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            The petitioner is a Head Nurse working under the<\/p>\n<p>department of Health Services. This writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>filed challenging Ext.P5 order whereby senior most Head<\/p>\n<p>Nurses are given provisional promotion to the cadre of<\/p>\n<p>Nursing Superintendent Grade-II. As per Ext.P5 order, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was not included therein for want of her<\/p>\n<p>whereabouts.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  When the matter is taken up for admission, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader made available a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>letter from the Directorate of Health Services dated<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2010. It is evident from the said letter that subsequent to<\/p>\n<p>the passing of Ext.P5 order the District Medical Officer,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam gave the whereabouts of those who were left out<\/p>\n<p>from Ext.P5 list including that of the petitioner and based on<\/p>\n<p>the same, the petitioner was also promoted to the cadre of<\/p>\n<p>Nursing Superintendent Grade II. It is recorded and this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is accordingly closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           (C.T.
