On 18th February<br \/>\n2010 this Court has granted status quo and directed both the parties<br \/>\nto maintain status quo.  Considering the facts and circumstances of<br \/>\nthe case I am of the opinion that interest of justice would be met by<br \/>\npassing the following order:\n<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8220;The<br \/>\nparties shall maintain status-quo granted by this Court while<br \/>\nadmitting this matter till the disposal of the suit.\tIf an<br \/>\napplication is filed by the other side before the trial Court to<br \/>\nexpedite the suit, the trial Court shall expedite the suit. Both<br \/>\nside shall co-operate with expeditious hearing of the suit.
