Respondents\n\n\tWrit petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of  Certiorarified Mandamus to set-aside the para 6 of G.O.Ms.No.510, Education Department dated 10.5.1989 and direct the respondents to sanction Incentive increment and Advance increment to the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.539, Education Department dated 21.4.1986 on par with that of al the other Secondary Grade Teachers. \n\n\t    For petitioners :  No Appearance \n\t    For Respondents :  Mr.T.Sreenivasan,Govt.Advocate\n\n\n\nM.JAICHANDREN, J.\nnvsri\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThe Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption &#8220;for dismissal&#8221;, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, on  19.6.2008.
