SPEAKER: Friends, I have to inform the House that I have received six notices of Adjournment Motion regarding Communal tension caused by anti-social elements in Gujarat which is clearly defying the directives of the Election Commission with regard to the ensuing Assembly election in the State from the following Members:   Shri Ramji Lal Suman; Shri Prabodh Panda; Dr. Raghuvansh Prasad Singh; Shri Ajoy Chakraborty; Shri Rupchand Pal; and Shri Subodh Roy.I give my consent to Shri Subodh Roy who has secured first place in the ballot to move the Motion in the following form:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Failure of the Government in curbing the communal elements in the country, specially in Gujarat, from creating communal tension and disharmony among various sections of the society.&#8221;Shri Subodh Roy may now ask for leave of the House.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=%20%0A%0ASHRI%20SUBODH%20ROY%20\"> <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=SHRI%20SUBODH%20ROY%20\">SHRI SUBODH ROY <\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=BHAGALPUR\"><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=BHAGALPUR\">BHAGALPUR<\/a><\/a>): Sir, I seek the leave of the House for moving the Motion for Adjournment regarding failure of the Government in curbing the communal elements in the country, specially in Gujarat, from creating communal tension and disharmony among various sections of the society. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20SPEAKER\">MR. Under Rule 61, the Motion for Adjournment is to be taken up at 1600 hours or at an earlier hour. Under Rule 62, not less than 2 hours and 30 minutes are allotted for this discussion.\n<\/p>\n<p>If the House agrees, the discussion on the Motion may be taken up immediately after laying the papers, etc. So, I request the Ministers to lay the Papers on the Table of the House.
