Respondents\n\n\nPrayer\n\nPetition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for\ndirecting the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of the\nE.P.No.121 of 1999 in L.A.O.P.No.47 of 1998 at the earliest.\n\n!For Petitioner \t... Mr.R.S.Ramanathan\n\n^\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis Civil Revision Petition has been filed for directing the Subordinate<br \/>\nJudge, Tirunelveli to dispose of the E.P.No.121 of 1999 in L.A.O.P.No.47 of 1998<br \/>\nat the earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the order<br \/>\ngoing to be passed hereunder, no notice to other side is necessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Sub Court passed award in<br \/>\nL.A.O.P.No.47 of 1988 enhancing the compensation.  Subsequently E.P. was filed<br \/>\nfor executing the same.  In the E.P. there were some calculation dispute.  The<br \/>\nCourt also adjudicated on the same.  As per the direction of the court batta was<br \/>\nalso paid to enforce the decree.  However, the court is now without taking any<br \/>\nsteps, keeping the matter on the file.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. Hence, in these facts and circumstances, I am of the considered opinion<br \/>\nthat necessary direction shall be given under:<br \/>\n\tThe Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, shall dispose of the E.P within a<br \/>\nperiod of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.
