RESPONDENTS.\n\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   07.02.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging<\/p>\n<p>                  encroachment by Private Respondent Nos. 5 to 12 over<\/p>\n<p>                  plot no. 2736 of village Sultanpur which according to the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is a village road. In this connection Anchal<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Amin was directed to submit report which has also been<\/p>\n<p>          submitted and is dated 10.6.2005. Later, the Circle<\/p>\n<p>          Inspector approved the report of the Anchal Amin under<\/p>\n<p>          his recommendation dated 14.6.2005. It is submitted on<\/p>\n<p>          behalf of the petitioner that in spite of aforesaid report of<\/p>\n<p>          the Anchal Amin and the recommendation of the Circle<\/p>\n<p>          Inspector steps for removal of encroachment by Private<\/p>\n<p>          Respondent has not been taken. This matter is pending for<\/p>\n<p>          about four years yet no counter affidavit has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>                    3. Having heard counsel for the parties, it is<\/p>\n<p>          directed that the Circle Officer, Sahdai Buzurg in the<\/p>\n<p>          District of Vaishali should look into the report of the<\/p>\n<p>          Anchal Amin and the recommendation of the Circle<\/p>\n<p>          Inspector contained in Annexure-3 and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>          orders and also ensure removal of the encroachment as<\/p>\n<p>          early as possible, within two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>          receipt\/production of a copy of this order before the Circle<\/p>\n<p>          Officer, Sahdao Buzurg, Vaishali.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Ibrar\/-                                     ( V.
