Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                          husband, but submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                          differences are otherwise, complainant is not ready to join the company<\/p>\n<p>                          of this petitioner for which she was noticed in the court below, but did<\/p>\n<p>                          not appear.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                          the event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                          date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                          petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                          Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                          the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in<\/p>\n<p>                          connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 284 of 2010, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                          conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.
