His claim is for disbursement of<\/p>\n<p>salary.  If it is a case where the promotion is to get any<\/p>\n<p>statutory approval, the petitioner has to move for that or<\/p>\n<p>otherwise, the petitioner has to take recourse to arbitration<\/p>\n<p>under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act,<\/p>\n<p>having regard to the terms of that provision.
