(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>           This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Complaint No.28\/1 filed under Section 500\/501<\/p>\n<p>read with Section 120-B IPC in the Court of learned Judicial<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Record reveals that the petitioners are facing trial<\/p>\n<p>in a private complaint pending before the Court of learned<\/p>\n<p>Judicial   Magistrate    Ist   Class,    Ludhiana,    for   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 500\/501 read with Section 120-<\/p>\n<p>B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Crl.Misc. No.M-14795 of 2011                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners states that petitioners could not appear before<\/p>\n<p>the learned Trial Court on the date fixed because of illness<\/p>\n<p>of petitioner no.1, therefore, arrest warrants were issued<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners. She further states that petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have to appear in another case on 16.5.2011, therefore,<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall also appear before the Magistrate in the<\/p>\n<p>present case.
