The first information report is by the brother of the victim<\/p>\n<p>                 lady, inter alia, alleging that the petitioner alongwith his family members<\/p>\n<p>                 were demanding dowry soon after the marriage and used to beat up the<\/p>\n<p>                 lady and ultimately burnt her to death and disposed of her body. Shri<\/p>\n<p>                 Yugesh Chandra Verma, learned Senior Counsel appearing in support of<\/p>\n<p>                 the petition draws attention of this Court to the depositions of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant, the victim lady&#8217;s father and other depositions of the<\/p>\n<p>                 prosecution witnesses, all of whom have been declared hostile.                 The<\/p>\n<p>                 informant, who is the brother of the deceased, states that the lady in fact<\/p>\n<p>                 died of illness and that there was no question of the petitioner or anyone<\/p>\n<p>                 killing her and disposing of her dead body.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering        the   aforesaid   facts,   let     the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 abovenamed be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Fast Track Court No IV, West Champaran at Bettiah in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><br \/>\n          Sessions Trial No 354 of 2010 arising out of Shikarpur Police Station<\/p>\n<p>          Case No 30 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Before parting, I would like to notice that the trial Court<\/p>\n<p>          may consider the desirability of instituting prosecution against the<\/p>\n<p>          prosecution witnesses for perjury and malicious prosecution for<\/p>\n<p>          mobilising police with a false plea.
