The appellant may deposit a\nfees of `. 6(`.2\/- * 3 pages) for enabling us to dispatch the information.\n On date 22-03-2011 :- point 3) pertains to DG;AIR and is therefore transferred under section 5(4) of\nRTI Act,2005 for providing reply directly to you.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply was given by PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n\"As regards appellant contention in respect of point 3), it is informed that since the Point DG;AIR, the\nCPIO, Prasar Bharti has transferred the application correctly under Section 5(4) of RTI Act,2005 to the\nCPIO, DG;AIR. The decision of CPIO DH;AIR is as per provision of the Act. A copy of the appeal is\nbeing sent to the Appellate Authority, DG;AIR for consideration.\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply was given by the PIO and Unsatisfactory order was passed by the FAA.\n                                                                                        Page 1 of 2\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Ravinder Parmar on video conference from NIC-Ahmedabad Studio;<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. George Kuruvilla, PIO &amp; Dy. Director General (Tech.);\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO has provided certain information but is now directed to provide the following<br \/>\ninformation to the Appellant:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    1-     The PIO has provided the file notings sought in query-1 but has not provided the annexures<br \/>\n           referred in the file notings. The PIO is directed to provide the annexures referred to in the<br \/>\n           file notings.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    2-     Query-3: the Appellant states that he does not need exhaustive list of all the Transmission<br \/>\n           Executive transferred out side the regional zone during last 7 years. Even if he is given 05<br \/>\n           names it would suffice his purpose.
