K.MOHANAN, J.<\/a>\n           -----------------------------------------\n         Bail Application NO. 2512 of 2008\n            -----------------------------------------\n       Dated this the 22nd day of April, 2008\n\n                         O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is the accused in Crime No. 20 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>of Kasaragod Excise Range for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sec.55(a) of the Abkari Act for having been<\/p>\n<p>found transmitting 100 packets (each containing 100<\/p>\n<p>ml.)   of  arrack     at    Adukathvayal       in    Kasaragod<\/p>\n<p>Municipality seeks his enlargement on bail. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was arrested on 2.4.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard        the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences,<\/p>\n<p>the duration of judicial custody of the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined<\/p>\n<p>to grant bail to the petitioner.            Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees Fifteen<\/p>\n<p>Bail A.No. 2512 Of 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M.-I,<\/p>\n<p>Kasaragod and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              1.     Petitioner shall report before the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m.<br \/>\n              and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2. The petitioner shall make himself<br \/>\n              available for interrogation as and<br \/>\n              when required by the police till the<br \/>\n              filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3. The petitioner shall not influence<br \/>\n              or     intimidate     the   prosecution<br \/>\n              witnesses nor shall he attempt to<br \/>\n              tamper with the evidence for the<br \/>\n              prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              4.
