Learned<br \/>\n\tAdvocate Mr. KV Shelat is appearing for respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Today,when<br \/>\n\tmatter is taken up for final hearing, learned advocate Mr. KV Shelat<br \/>\n\thas submitted that the matter is settled between both the parties<br \/>\n\tand rent of suit premises has been increased by tenant and accepted<br \/>\n\tby trust and, therefore, this matter is required to be disposed of<br \/>\n\ton the basis of fact that the matter has been settled between the<br \/>\n\tparties out side the Court. However, learned advocate Mr.Tejas Satta<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that he required confirmation in respect to settlement<br \/>\n\tbetween the parties. Accordingly, present Civil Revision Application<br \/>\n\tis disposed of. However, in case of any difficulty, liberty is given<br \/>\n\tto either party to revive present Civil Revision Application by<br \/>\n\tfiling mere note in registry of this court. Rule is accordingly<br \/>\n\tdischarged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. No order as to<br \/>\n\tcosts.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of aforesaid order, CRA has been disposed of by this Court, but,<br \/>\nliberty has been given by this Court to either party in case of<br \/>\ndifficulty to revive present CRA.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\na note has been filed by learned advocate Mr. Tejas Satta before<br \/>\nregistry on 21st December, 2010 and pointed out that there<br \/>\nis no such settlement arrived at between the parties as statement<br \/>\nmade by learned advocate Mr. Shelat.
