JOSEPH, J.\n\n             ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                   W.P.(C) No. 7629 OF 2009 W\n             ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n              Dated this the 11th day of March, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Aggrieved by Ext.P10, the petitioner has preferred<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P11 appeal and Ext.P12 stay petition.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and take a decision on Ext.P11 appeal in accordance<\/p>\n<p>with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment. The bank guarantee furnished by the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>referred to in Ext.P10 shall not be enforced till the disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>appeal.
